Most of our translators and interpreters have lived abroad and fluently speak all of our 3 target languages, but their outstanding characteristic is a driving ambition to constantly develop their skills and supply outstanding work in terms of quality. At the end of each project, all participants receive immediate feedback, which is also linked to their compensation. We try to limit the number of working hours at 8, and frequently take breaks from the computer. We like flexibility and the freedom to work from anywhere – which we indeed take advantage of. We manage monotony and the solitude of computer work well, but as often as we can we come together for workshops or an informal chat. We seek to earn our living by performing decent work (which also means receiving decent compensation) and we watch out for the danger of burnout. In short: we are humans – professional and happy individuals who are part of a strong team.
